Butterick 4683; ca. 1977; Jane Tise for Sweet Baby Jane – Top, Skirt & Pants. Close-fitting top has patch pocket and contrast pointed collar, front placket, 1 piece yoke and pocket band. Slightly flared, bias skirt, in below mid-knee length, and straight legged pants, with front zipper, have welt pockets and waistbands. Topstitch trim.
