Simplicity 8154; ©1977; Misses’ Blouse, Tabard, Pants and Back-Wrap Skirt: Top-stitched skirt and pants have side pockets. Skirt has waistband and tie ends. Pants have back zipper and waistband. Top-stitched blouse with “Italian” type collar has front button closing and long set-in sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Top-stitched tabard with collar stitched to band and tie ends has buttoned side tabs.

Some pattern pieces have been cut, others will need to be straightened out. Envelope is stained and tattered.
