Butterick 4152; ca. 1966; Boys’ Costumes. Jumpsuit with or without elastic casing at waist, sleeves and pants hem. (A) Contrast bands, collar and applique; patch pockets, top-stitch trim. (B) Stuffed casing at neckline, purchased applique. (C) Covered box for headpiece, stuffed casing at neckline, button and top-stitch trim. (D) Hood attached to suit at neckline, contrast trim on back, hood and sleeves.

Pattern is not factory folded, but has not been cut. Envelope is torn and shows signs of wear.
